Soda Horse Pro Ingredients Explained
Six ingredients are named, including caffeine, and none has a published amount.
Your bottle's label is the only reliable answer.
The list
The product page names Muira Puama, Maca, Catuaba, Green Tea extract, caffeine and Ashwagandha. It gives no amounts, even while calling the dosage ideal.
Why amounts matter
Studies on Maca and Ashwagandha use amounts in the hundreds of milligrams to several grams. A gummy may hold a fraction of that, but without a panel nobody can say. Caffeine is the exception: even a modest amount has a noticeable effect.
The less-known three
Muira Puama and Catuaba are traditional Brazilian botanicals with limited human research. Green tea extract adds catechins and some caffeine, and high-dose extracts have rarely been linked to liver problems.
